About Modeeri
Modeeri is a digital operations platform helping multi-location businesses - restaurants, retailers, gyms, and more - standardize their daily operations through digitized checklists and real-time visibility.
We're preparing for our official launch, and we're looking for our
first Customer Success hire -
someone who will wear many hats at the beginning and later help us build an entire department (Onboarding, Support, Implementation. etc.).
This is a founding-team opportunity for someone ambitious, organized, and deeply people-oriented who wants to help build something great from the ground up.
Position Overview
You'll serve as the bridge between our clients and our product - managing relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, solving issues, and continuously improving the client experience.
Internally, your title will be
Customer Success Lead (Founding Team)

Externally, clients will know you as their
Account Manager -
their go-to person for anything they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Own client relationships from post-close to onboarding through renewal and retention.
- Design and continuously improve our client-success systems, SOPs, and resources.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, check-ins, and store visits to ensure clients see value fast.
- Collect testimonials, referrals, and case studies from satisfied customers.
- Run structured exit interviews to understand and reduce churn.
- Track subscription and retention metrics (Goals vs Actuals Sheets) and report monthly.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and product team to bring the
customer's voice
into every decision. - Create documentation, training guides, and product support materials.
- Oversee technical issues from high-level managers and coordinate with support for resolution.
- Proactively monitor client usage and help clients get more value from the platform.
- Help recruit and train the first customer support and onboarding specialists.
- Consistently improve onboarding processes, time-to-value, and retention KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- Self-driven and motivated individual.
- Exceptional hospitality and communication skills - kind, friendly, charismatic.
- Strong English (spoken & written).
- Good organizational and documentation skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Comfortable using ChatGPT / AI tools to optimize work.
- Owns a laptop (for client meetings).
- Hungry to learn, problem-solve, and build scalable systems.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary:
25,000 EGP / month - Performance Bonus:
10,000 EGP / month (Paid quarterly upon hitting KPIs) - Transportation Allowance:
1,000 EGP / month - Equity:
0.25% ESOP
