About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Advocate (SME) to join our growing global team and support our clients in the Middle East oil & gas sector. You will act as a trusted technical advisor bridging the gap between engineering, operations, and technology, ensuring customers achieve measurable results and long-term success using the UptimeAI platform. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role requiring a strong background in maintenance, reliability, or operations engineering, combined with excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
What You'll Do
- Act as a
Subject Matter Expert
in predictive analytics, operations & maintenance, and asset performance management for process industries. - Empower customers to become self-sufficient users of the
UptimeAI platform
, helping them review, analyze, and respond to equipment alerts independently. - Conduct in-depth
training and onboarding sessions
for operations and maintenance teams. - Collaborate continuously with customers to identify new value opportunities through AI insights.
- Understand customer KPIs, workflows, and goals, translating technical results into
business impact
(cost savings, efficiency, risk reduction). - Engage with plant teams through
on-site workshops, reviews, and adoption programs
. - Generate case studies and internal success stories to share learnings and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with UptimeAI's
Product and Engineering
teams to align the roadmap with customer needs.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- 5–10 years of experience
in
Oil & Gas, Refining, or Petrochemical Operations
— particularly in
maintenance, reliability, or chemical/mechanical engineering
roles. - Proven domain expertise with
RCM, FMEA, Condition Monitoring
, and maintenance strategies. - Strong grasp of
Asset Performance Management (APM)
principles. - Analytical mindset — able to identify improvement opportunities using data.
- Strong
communication and presentation skills
in
both English and Arabic
. - Demonstrated experience leading or supporting
digital transformation or AI/analytics initiatives
.
Strong Plus:
- Experience with
SaaS platforms
