Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for design, architecture, and growth? We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence and driving new business opportunities within the construction/design sector.

Responsabilies
:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to effectively promote the company's services and projects.
  • Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), creating compelling content, regular project updates, stories, and targeted campaigns.
  • Coordinate the production of high-quality photography and videography for ongoing and completed projects.
  • Maintain and ensure the company website and online professional profiles are consistently updated, engaging, and accurate.
  • Prepare and update essential marketing materials, including the company profile, project brochures, and detailed presentations.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and propose strategic improvements to enhance our market position.

Qualifications
:

1–3 years of proven experience in a marketing, business development, or client-facing role, preferably within the construction, interior design, or real estate sectors.
