Digital Marketing Specialist – Qader (Full-time, On-site – 6th of October City, Egypt)

Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time at Qader HQ.

If you can run campaigns that convert, design visuals that grab attention, and build strategies that bring real results — you might be the one we're looking for.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok,Snapchat).
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions and lower CPL across platforms.
  • Manage SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, backlinks, and performance tracking.
  • Create and manage content calendars for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Design high-quality visuals and ad creatives using Canva / Photoshop / similar tools.
  • Analyze performance reports using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align marketing goals with company objectives.
  • Suggest automation tools and AI workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience with paid ads (Snapchat, Google, LinkedIn) and SEO fundamentals.
  • Good design sense — ability to create visually engaging creatives.
  • Experience in market research and audience targeting (especially Gulf region).
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to read data and make smart decisions.
  • Familiar with marketing automation & AI tools.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
  • Must be based in Egypt and able to work on-site at Qader HQ (6th of October City).
