We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Manager to join our team in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector. This role is vital for ensuring that HR strategies align with production targets, managing a large and diverse workforce, and maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct all core HR functions (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management).
  • Oversee the recruitment and development of the Blue-Collar Workforce and technical skill sets.
  • Effectively manage disputes, resolve grievances, and ensure positive and productive labor relations.
  • Ensure full adherence to local labor laws and strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards within the plant environment.
  • Develop and execute C&B strategies and performance management systems that support operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role within the Industrial or Manufacturing sector.
  • understanding labor laws and proven experience managing factory floor operations and direct labor.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR professional certifications are a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR teams and serve as a trusted advisor to senior management.
  • Excellent abilities in data analysis and designing compensation structures.
