Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in New Cairo. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, administering benefits, developing HR policies, and ensuring legal compliance. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, drafting employment contracts, maintaining employee records, providing training and development programs, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and HR policies development
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and legal compliance
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently
  • Experience in the interior design or fit-out industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
