Job Description:

  • Develop trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure long-term cooperation and prevent loss to competitors.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and project requirements.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing effective solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Act as the main communication link between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to maintain strong trust and satisfaction.
  • Play an integral role in generating new sales opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, sales forecasts, and key account metrics for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    civil engineering, Architectural Engineering
    , or related field (
    Mandatory
    ).
  • Previous experience in
    waterproofing systems and construction building materials
    is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with solid business planning and sales strategy abilities.
