Job Summary:

The Quality & Troubleshooting Supervisor will be primarily responsible for monitoring the execution quality of all campaigns, ensuring strict compliance with contractual agreements and brand guidelines by influencers, and acting as the first line of defense for prompt issue resolution (Troubleshooting) that could hinder workflow or impact content quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance (QA):

  • Review and audit all content drafts before publication to ensure they strictly meet client requirements and brand safety guidelines.
  • Guarantee that influencers adhere to timelines, posting deadlines, and specified content quality standards (visuals, messaging, sound, etc.).
  • Establish and enforce rigorous quality monitoring standards and procedures across the entire campaign lifecycle.

Troubleshooting & Support:

  • Immediately address any operational challenges or crises (e.g., delayed posting, content disputes, technical issues, unexpected collaboration cancellations).
  • Effectively communicate with Campaign Management teams and influencers to resolve issues rapidly and efficiently.
  • Identify the root causes of recurring problems and propose permanent solutions to prevent future occurrences.

Documentation and Analysis:

  • Provide regular reports to management on overall execution quality levels and error rates.
  • Document all identified and resolved issues, analyzing data to extract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality and compliance rates.


Qualifications & Skills:

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Campaign Management or Quality Control/Assurance, preferably within the Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing sector.
  • Exceptional skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and working effectively under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X) and content best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in [Insert Required Languages, e.g., Arabic and English].
  • The ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Package:

9 working hours/day (1-hour break).

1 day off/week.
