Role Overview:-

We're seeking a dynamic and outgoing
Sales Account Manager

with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience. The ideal candidate is an energetic and extroverted individual who enjoys engaging in conversation, building relationships, and genuinely getting to know people. You should be a natural representative of our company, with strong emotional intelligence and a talent for managing key accounts.

  • We're a team of 20 people, on a mission to become the #1 e-commerce logistics platform and build the largest, boldest shipping gateway across the MENA and Africa regions. and currently operating in Saudi Arabia, Egypt & Oman. Backed by many leading VCs and angel investors in MENA, we're looking for the best talent out there to help us build and scale our product offering.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets from existing clients
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
    (we're obsessed with it)
  • Manage daily issues and maintain strong relationships with our courier company partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings to nurture client relationships.
  • Utilize emotional intelligence to navigate complex client dynamics and build trust.

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate Profile:-

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Energetic and passionate about sales, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with a love for face-to-face interactions.
  • Obsessed with customer satisfaction and experienced in managing key accounts.
  • Proficient in CRM software, data analysis, and translating insights into strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving growth.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
