Position: Automotive After Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive After Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the after-sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the after-sales process, including scheduling maintenance appointments, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring timely delivery of services

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth recommendations

- Promote and sell our products and services to customers, including accessories, warranties, and maintenance packages

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities

- Monitor and analyze after-sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to make informed recommendations to customers and management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales or after-sales support

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and sales skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and products

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Fluent in both English and Arabic
