Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating and executing projects, and ensuring smooth workflow. Additional tasks include collaborating with school partners, implementing educational programs, and participating in strategic planning and decision making.

Qualifications

  • Experience in team management and project coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and execution
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with educational programs and psychological support systems for children
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the field of autism support or special education is a plus
