Position Overview:
We're seeking a General Manager to lead our operations, drive strategic growth, and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure InSocial continues to thrive as a creative and results-oriented agency. The ideal candidate is a business-minded leader with a passion for marketing, team development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.

  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.

  • Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams across creative, client relations, and digital divisions.

  • Foster strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with leadership to shape InSocial's vision, culture, and long-term growth roadmap.

  • Monitor KPIs and ensure accountability across all functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in management, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Proven experience in business development and operational management.

  • Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.

  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and creativity.
