Company: Kymera Designs – a one-stop architecture and interior design studio offering construction, architecture and interior design services.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative with a strong real-estate background (1-2 years' experience) to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales of our architecture / interior / construction services, building relationships with clients, understanding their needs and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads: property developers, real-estate agencies, investors.

  • Present Kymera's offerings (architecture, interior design, construction) and tailor proposals to client needs.

  • Manage the sales process from prospecting through to closing, ensuring targets are met.

  • Maintain CRM records and provide accurate forecasting and reports.

  • Collaborate with design & construction teams to ensure smooth handover and service delivery.
    Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in real-estate sales or related field (preferably engaging with property developers or interior/architecture sales).

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proactive, results‐driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Good understanding of the Cairo real‐estate market and client expectations.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
