  • Key Responsibilities

-Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems in alignment with ISO 9001 and IMS standards.

-Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and manage corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

-Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

-Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce rework.

-Support factory and site teams in inspections, ITP compliance, and client handover documentation.

-Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to maintain quality consistency and resolve NCRs.

-Prepare QA dashboards, reports, and performance KPIs for management review.

-Deliver QA awareness and training programs for staff and inspectors.

  • Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or Quality Engineering (or equivalent).

-ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 knowledge is a plus).

-Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.

-5–7 years' experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within manufacturing or construction (joinery, metal works, or fit-out preferred).

-Proven experience in auditing, process mapping, and documentation control.

-Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and QA/QC digital tools.
