About the Role:

We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the automation, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization of our systems. This role requires a hands-on engineer who is eager to work across both Linux and Windows environments, support development teams, and maintain high system availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:


•Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining applications across Windows and Linux environments.


•Support application deployments mainly built with .NET, Java, and Angular technologies.


•Configure and manage relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and services like Redis.


•Manage and maintain version control workflows using Git, primarily on GitHub.


•Collaborate with development teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for various types of applications. Mainly, GitHub Actions are used.


•Work with Azure Cloud and Azure Stack for infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and monitoring.


•Use Terraform to define and provision infrastructure as code, primarily in Azure.


•Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker.


•Configure and maintain API Gateways using Azure API Management.


•Implement system monitoring and performance tuning solutions, especially for Linux servers, using tools like New Relic and SSH-based diagnostics.


•Assist in the configuration of autoscaling strategies using Azure services or manual scheduling(e.g., Cron Jobs).

Participate in incident management and provide second-line support for high-availability systems with SLA commitments.


•Explore and evaluate emerging technologies to improve deployment processes and infrastructure management.


•Document technical processes, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.


•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure and deployment-related issues efficiently.

Job Requirements:


•Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.


•2+ years of work experience in DevOps Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a similar role.


•Working knowledge of both Windows and Linux server environments.


•Experience with Git and GitHub, including branching strategies and GitHub Actions.


•Hands-on experience with cloud computing (Azure ) it's a must.


•Hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.


•Linux command knowledge is a must.


•Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.


•Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, and general database administration and troubleshooting.


•Strong troubleshooting, teamwork skills, and a passion for problem-solving.


•Familiar with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes.


•Willingness to work in a support rotation and respond to high-priority incidents.


•Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.

Nice to Have:


•Knowledge of Kubernetes, Ansible, or other DevOps tools and frameworks.


•Exposure to monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus.
