Role Overview

NTG is seeking a highly skilled Mid Level
Java Developer
for a Well Known Bank. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications that support mission-critical systems in the financial domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications for banking/financial systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security practices, and financial regulations.
  • Optimize code quality, performance, and reliability of applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years
    of hands-on experience in
    Java development
    .
  • Proven track record working on
    banking or financial sector projects
    (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of
    OOP, design patterns, and microservices architecture
    .
  • Experience with
    Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs
    .
  • Solid knowledge of
    databases
    (Oracle, SQL, or similar).
  • Familiarity with
    DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines
    , and version control (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
