Key Responsibilities

  • Process airline ticket reservations, rebooking's, cancellations, and fare adjustments using GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
  • Provide customers with accurate information on flight schedules, fares, travel regulations, baggage rules, and visa requirements.
  • Issue tickets, E‑tickets, boarding passes, and travel documents in accordance with airline and IATA guidelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with airlines to resolve booking issues, schedule changes, and special service requests.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of promotions, fare rules, and travel advisories.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
  • Assist with group bookings, corporate travel arrangements, and special itineraries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection standards, and safety regulations.
  • Provide after‑sales support, including itinerary changes, refunds, and travel updates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in at least one major GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak travel seasons.
  • Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations.
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
