WE ARE HIRING: Counter Ticketing Officer – GDS Expert

We are looking for a skilled
Travel Consultant / Counter Ticketing Officer
to join our team

You will be responsible for handling
ticket bookings, check-ins, reissuing, cancelations, and travel inquiries
using
Amadeus & Galileo
, ensuring smooth and efficient customer service at the counter.

Responsibilities

  • Handle airline ticketing (issue, reissue, refund).
  • Manage check-ins and customer travel inquiries.
  • Provide accurate fare quotations using GDS systems.
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience at the counter.
  • Maintain professional communication and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years' experience in ticketing or airline customer service.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amadeus & Galileo (Basic & Advanced).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Degree in Travel & Tourism or related field (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle customer issues with professionalism.
