Overview: Al Riyadh Travel is seeking a skilled sales Consultant with experience in the travel and tourism industry with the following Requested Duties .

Sales & Customer Service

· Promote and sell travel packages, tours, flights, hotels, cruises, and other travel-related services.

· Identify clients' needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable travel options.

· Provide accurate information on destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, insurance, and travel policies.

· Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person consultations.

· Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients to encourage repeat business.

Booking & Reservation Management

· Make reservations for flights, accommodations, car rentals, and excursions using global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.

· Confirm and process payments, ensuring all bookings are accurate and completed on time.

· Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, and refunds as per company and supplier policies.

· Issue travel documents such as tickets, vouchers, and invoices.

Product Knowledge & Market Awareness

· Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, promotions, and seasonal offers.

· Develop destination expertise to better advise clients.

· Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and tour operators for competitive rates and special deals.

Customer Care & After-Sales Service

· Follow up with clients after their trip to ensure satisfaction.

· Handle complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.

· Encourage feedback and referrals to strengthen client relationships.
