Role Description

Process monthly and weekly payroll accurately and on time, including overtime, deductions, allowances, bonuses, incentives, etc.

Review attendance reports, leave balances, and time records from the attendance .

Manage salary adjustments, resignations, and final settlements.

Prepare payroll reports for management.

Ensure compliance with income tax, social insurance, and labor law regulations.

Respond to employees inquiries & requests regarding payroll issues or concerns & handle employee complaints

Maintain and document all payroll records

Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.

Manage employees contracts, renewals, terminations, and resignations according to labor law and company

policies.

Manage employee social insurance files and transactions (opening files, closing, amendments).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
  • Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, Payroll Services skills
  • 2–4 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
  • English is Good.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills
