Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
HR Officer
to handle personnel, payroll, and other HR functions as required. The ideal candidate should have
5+ years of experience
, strong knowledge of
Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures
, and hands-on experience in
managing payroll
accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all personnel and employee records in compliance with Egyptian labor regulations.
  • Handle
    social insurance
    and
    medical insurance
    procedures and documentation.
  • Prepare and process
    monthly payroll
    , ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and overtime to support payroll calculations.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in HR operations and payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures
    .
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
