Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Attendance Specialist
to manage the company's monthly payroll process and attendance records with accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and familiar with labor law and payroll systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and overtime using HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor and social insurance laws.
  • Coordinate with Finance and HR teams regarding salary adjustments or deductions.
  • Maintain updated employee records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in payroll and attendance.
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of HR systems.
  • Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.
