" Sample Room manager "

Location: Enshas- sharkeya

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sample Room duties

  • Create accurate patterns for various garment styles.

  • Perform precise and efficient pattern grading.

  • Oversee and manage the sample development process for Knit products, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to align sample development with customer requirements and brand standards.

  • Ensure samples meet technical specifications and quality standards.

  • Manage and mentor the sample team, fostering a culture of creativity, precision, and efficiency.

  • Conduct regular reviews of sample processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, fabrics, and techniques related to Knitwear.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in sample development, with a focus on Knit products.

  • In-depth knowledge of Knitwear production processes, fabrics, and finishing techniques.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality.

  • Very good in English (written and spoken).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
