Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on rooms operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and revenue management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
