Role Description

This full-time position is for the Head of Planning Department at Oriental Weavers. The role is based on-site in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt. Responsibilities include overseeing demand planning, managing production schedules, and developing business planning strategies. The individual will coordinate with various departments to optimize operational efficiency, implement planning initiatives, and analyze data to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Business Planning
  • Highly developed Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Expertise in Planning and organizational strategies
  • Proficient in implementing efficient systems and processes
  • Experience in managing teams and coordinating cross-departmental tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a planning or production environment
  • Ability to work onsite in 10th of Ramadan City
