Egypt Education Platform is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated
Global Perspective & Psychology Teacher
for immediate hiring to join our dynamic team at one of our schools
"GEMS British International School in Madinaty "
. This role is ideal for educators who are motivated to inspire students in understanding the complexities of global issues and human behavior in a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver innovative and interactive lessons in Global Perspectives and Psychology, aligned with the curriculum standards
  • Foster critical thinking, inquiry, and collaborative discussion among students regarding global issues and psychological concepts
  • Assess and provide feedback on student performance to enhance their learning and personal development
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to explore diverse perspectives and engage with complex topics
  • Integrate current events, case studies, and real-world examples into lessons to connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational approach across subjects
  • Engage with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and foster partnership in the educational process
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching effectiveness and stay current in the field

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field
  • A valid teaching certification/qualification is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in Global Perspectives or Psychology, preferably in an international or British curriculum setting
  • Strong understanding of contemporary issues in global studies and psychological principles
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students with varying learning needs and backgrounds
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment
