FullStack Engineer

About The Role

We're looking for a versatile and experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join our Internal Operations Experience team. In this role, you'll work across all the company functions, and stack, shaping and shipping features that directly impact our internal users.

What You'll Do
The Intake mode

In this mindset you are getting yourself work to do with and adding it to your weekly work cycle by

• Processing "process-improvement" requests, which is how anyone at the company asks us to help make their work easier.

• Review your owned services and workflows's roadmap for issues and projects to pick up.

• Reviewing your active project for next issues to pick up.

• Responding to On-Call issues and triaging them.

The Shaping Mode

In this mindset you're scoping the work, either one off issues or bigger projects, the kind of work you'll find yourself doing:

• Collaborate with your domain stockholder (to better understand the process improvement request or to dig deeper on project requirement / ask).

• Contribute to existing and designing user and system flow diagrams or technical scoping documents.

• Hashing out UI wireframes or provide feedback on Figma designs and ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

• Create test scenarios and validate design assumptions.

• Break features down into deliverable chunks.

• Identifying and aligning additional stackholder and asks to unblock and get the work done.

The Shipping Mode

• Develop and maintain features across our internal full stack (n8n, web, mobile app, and backend).

• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

• Implement data storage solutions and ensure high performance.

• Design and implement secure, scalable applications.

• Contribute to our component library and maintain high code standards.

The Operating Phase

• Debug production issues, write RCAs, and share with the team.

• Handle on-call rotations to address internal-reported bugs.

• Optimize services for high scale (when working on customer facing operations).

• Own features end-to-end.

What You'll Need

• Experience as a software engineer (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go) with customer or business facing software.

• Proficiency in Backend languages like NodeJS (TypeScript) or Python.

• Experience with React.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development techniques.

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.

• Experience with and at least one web framework.

• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).

• Experience with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

• Attention to detail and commitment to code quality.

Bonus - Nice To Have

• Experience with N8N or other workflow automation tools

• Experience with RPA (Robot Process Automation) software

• Experience hosting and managing your won deployments

• Experience with API and tool integrations

• Experience prompting AI agents

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
