The Role: Senior Fullstack Developer

We're looking for a
Senior Fullstack Developer
with strong experience in both

and
Python/Django
to help evolve WasteHero's core SaaS platform.

You'll work on the full product lifecycle — from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance — shaping features that power sustainable urban operations at scale.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll collaborate across teams to build performant, scalable, and secure applications that deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do


• Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using

,
Python
, and
Django/FastAPI
.


• Develop APIs (REST and GraphQL) and ensure seamless integration between systems.


• Improve and scale the platform as new cities and partners onboard.


• Take ownership of cloud environments, deployments, and regular production updates.


• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, ensuring reliability and performance.


• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to launch new features.


• Participate in architecture reviews, CI/CD setup, and continuous refactoring.


• Cover current code with tests and help improve code quality through peer review.

You Bring


• 5+ years of professional experience building large-scale applications.


• Strong proficiency with

• Experience with

• Understanding of
