Job Summary:

The PM Office is looking for a skilled and motivated
Full Stack Developer
with
3–4 years of experience
in building scalable web applications using
Python (backend)
and
React (frontend)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing both client-side and server-side components to deliver high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using

    and
    Python
    frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend components.
  • Ensure application responsiveness, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Implement data storage solutions (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Work with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a
    Full Stack Developer
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    and at least one framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
  • Solid experience with

    and modern frontend tools (Redux, Hooks, Webpack, etc.).
  • Good understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
  • Experience with

  • Familiarity with
