We are looking for a highly skilled Data Center Servers & Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in HPE & Huawei DCS Solutions and deep expertise in managing enterprise-grade data center systems. This role requires hands-on technical capabilities in servers, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, deploy, and maintain Huawei Data Center Solutions (Huawei DCS) including FusionServer, eSight, iManager, and related ecosystem tools.

· Design, deploy, and maintain HPE Computing both HCI and DHCI solutions, also managing HPE modern Storage, VMware Hypervisor, and DR replication.

· Administer physical and virtual server environments ensuring high availability and scalability.

· Perform end-to-end system lifecycle management — from provisioning and monitoring to capacity and performance tuning.

· Manage and maintain enterprise storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.

· Oversee data center infrastructure components including power, cooling, structured cabling, and rack management.

· Ensure consistent system security, documentation, and compliance with operational standards.

· Collaborate with network and security teams to support integrated data center operations.

Required Skills & Experience:


•
5–8 years of professional experience
in enterprise server and infrastructure management.


• Strong hands-on experience with Huawei DCS Solutions — including FusionServer Pro, FusionDirector, FusionCompute, and OceanStor platforms.


• Proficiency in VMware vSphere / ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Windows/Linux server administration.


• Experience with major storage solutions (Huawei, Dell EMC, HPE, NetApp).


• Knowledge of backup & replication technologies (Veeam, Commvault, Acronis, Veritas).


• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and infrastructure monitoring tools (PRTG, Zabbix, SolarWinds).


• Working understanding of data center fabric, fiber connectivity, and virtualized networking.


• Relevant certifications are a plus — Huawei HCIA/HCIP-Data Center, VMware VCP, Microsoft, or similar.
