Company Overview:

Job Summary:

We are looking for Senior Sales Specialist – Foam Chemicals to join our dynamic sales team. The role is responsible for promoting and selling foam chemical products, expanding the customer base, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Product Scope

  • Polyurethane raw materials (MDI, TDI, Polyols)
  • Performance & specialty chemicals
  • Raw materials for:
  • Flexible & rigid foam
  • Insulation systems
  • Coatings, adhesives & sealants
  • Furniture, construction & industrial

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and manage sales of polyurethane and performance chemical raw materials

·      Identify and onboard new customers across foam, insulation, coatings, and industrial sectors.

·      Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.

·      Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.

·      Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and payments in coordination with other

·      departments.

·      Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity.

·      Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.

·      Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

·      Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree (preferably in Chemistry, Business, or related field).

·      Proven experience in sales, preferably in chemicals or industrial products.

·      Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

·      Good command of English (spoken and written).

·      Willingness to travel when required.

·      Minimum 3–5 years of experience in chemical or industrial sales (preferred).
