Overview

Senior Marketing Research & Strategy Specialist within the Marketing Department. This role is crucial in supporting the development of marketing strategies, conducting market research activities, and planning for long-term brand growth through structured analysis and data-driven insights. This position will enhance the department's ability to make informed marketing decisions, mitigate risk, and foster sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage market research projects from planning to reporting.
  • Design and conduct surveys, interviews, and field research
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Develop and support marketing strategies based on research findings.
  • Provide recommendations related to product, pricing, promotion, and distribution.
  • Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis.

  • Develop professional presentations for management and decision-makers
  • Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, summaries, and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Marketing, Market Research, or Data Analysis are an advantage.
  • Strong academic and professional foundation in traditional marketing principles and the
    4Ps.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy frameworks and market research methodologies.
  • High level of analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to convert complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Microsoft Office

    Power BI, CRM systems, Canva, and marketing management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
