**Role Purpose**:
Contract Management Specialist is responsible for Contract management operations from sales initiation till contract signature for one or more customer segment(s)and the Engagement with stakeholders including periodical forums.
He/She will be accountable for Contract management and reporting for the designated segment(s)and Responsible for forums governance with sales HODs and EBU director.

**Job Profile**:

- Collaboratively work to achieve the team objectives both operational and reporting
- Own Department delivery for day to day tasks considering the SLA
- Handel the Contract Management and review all contracts from sales initiation till contract signature
- Govern E2E process and work on Enhancing it

- Power point/ Excel mastering
- Bachelor's degree of business Adminsitration / law

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- English Fluent speaking and writing
