Role Overview

As a
Virtual Operator
, you will act as the digital command center for our hospitality, facilities, and guest experience operations. You will coordinate with on-ground teams, ensure smooth property operations, support guests, and actively contribute to
sales growth
through upselling and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Support & Hospitality

  • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with fast, friendly, and professional communication.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle emergency issues by coordinating with field teams.

2. Guest Experience Management

  • Monitor the full guest journey from booking to checkout.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements to increase guest satisfaction scores.
  • Follow up with guests mid-stay to ensure they are happy and comfortable.
  • Manage post-stay feedback and coordinate resolutions to negative reviews.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Conduct
    sales calls
    to warm leads and past guests to promote available units and long-stay offers.
  • Upsell add-ons such as early check-in, late checkout, transportation, housekeeping, and experiences.
  • Maintain monthly conversion and upselling targets.
  • Support OTA revenue strategies by monitoring pricing opportunities and occupancy needs.

4. Facilities & Housekeeping Coordination

  • Monitor property conditions and ensure units stay up to Travelholic standards.
  • Report and follow up on maintenance issues with technicians.
  • Oversee housekeeping schedules, readiness, and SOP compliance.
  • Review cleaning photos and ensure quality assurance.

5. Team Coordination

  • Work closely with housekeeping captains, operations supervisors, and maintenance teams.
  • Assign on-ground tasks and track completion using and PMS tools.
  • Handle daily unit readiness, linens, supplies, and operational checklists.

6. Administrative Support

  • Update systems with unit statuses, daily records, expenses, checklists, and inventories.
  • Assist in generating daily/weekly guest experience and operations reports.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills (Arabic + English).
  • Experienced in hospitality, operations, sales, or call centers (1–4 years).
  • Confident making sales calls and achieving upselling targets.
  • Skilled in guest experience management.
  • Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, PMS systems, and task tools.
  • A fast problem solver who works well under pressure.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
