Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings and schedules between the CEO and different departments.
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations professionally and accurately.
- Follow up on decisions and directives issued by top management to ensure implementation.
- Welcome and assist visitors and organize executive meetings.
- Organize and maintain confidential and important files and documents.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual plans and reports.
- Manage the CEO's phone calls and email correspondence.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the CEO in daily operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
