Call Center Representative
is required to join us with below main criteria:

Fixed Shift)

- Monday to Thursday
from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM

- Friday
from 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM

- Two Days Off (Saturday & Sunday)


• Net Salary:
644 AED, Equivalent to around 8,800 EGP.


• Benefits:

Social insurance is included from the first joining day.

Medical insurance is included after completing all hiring papers.

  • Salary paid in EGP, equivalent to AED.

• Responsibilities

  • Answering customer's general inquiries through calls, Emails and Chat communication channels.
  • Arranging meetings between consultant offices and Municipality engineers.
  • Assisting customers to resolve any enquiry or technical issue.
  • Handling customer's complaints and Guarantee customer's satisfaction.
  • Achieving the account and personal targets. (service levels & quality of service)
  • Document customer interactions in CRM system.
  • Tracking customers' requests and check historical interactions.
  • Interact and escalate issues to second level support.
  • Follow up on open cases and call back customers to provide case solution.
  • Data entry and registrations in various platforms.


• Qualifications

  • Graduates only.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • High level of Flexibility & Adaptability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong command of English, with at least a B1 (Intermediate) level.
