Position Overview: As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the company's quality standards and customer requirements. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's reputation for delivering top-notch products and services. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure all products and services meet company standards and customer requirements - Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any quality issues and implement corrective actions - Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process - Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures - Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure their products and services meet our quality standards - Develop and maintain quality documentation, including quality manuals and procedures - Communicate with customers to address any quality concerns and provide solutions - Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance - Lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors and technicians Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, quality management) - Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment - Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures - Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and manage a team effectively - Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company - A dynamic and supportive work environment - Training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge If you are a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
