Job Purpose:
To support the implementation and maintenance of quality systems and compliance processes by performing daily QA activities, monitoring adherence to quality standards, and assisting in audits and documentation to ensure operations meet internal and external regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Follow all relevant Quality Assurance procedures, work instructions, and company standards to ensure activities are executed in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Perform day-to-day QA operations to maintain continuity of work and compliance with quality objectives.
  • Participate as a team member under close supervision, receiving and carrying out detailed instructions to develop professional and technical capabilities.
  • Apply standard quality techniques and methodologies to identify and resolve problems involving limited variables.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to conduct basic analyses, inspections, and data verification according to established procedures.
  • Participate in specific small-scale QA or compliance projects assigned by superiors, ensuring adherence to defined processes and timelines.
  • Analyze, document, and resolve quality-related issues or queries by interpreting relevant procedures, escalating complex issues as necessary to maintain compliance.
  • Perform in-process checks, review documentation, and ensure quality records are complete, accurate, and aligned with company and regulatory standards.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by preparing documentation and assisting during inspections.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical studies or science
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or related functions
  • understanding of QA principles, GMP/GDP guidelines, and documentation control practices.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and instructions precisely.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
