- **Job Purpose**:
Responsible for leading the quality assurance effort for our products Will be working closely with the development team to ensure that the products meet the highest quality standards

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical expertise on quality assurance and quality control
- Coordinate and execute projects, including setting up process flows, identifying and documenting potential issues, generating testing strategies, developing and maintaining test scripts, and providing valuable QA feedback to developers
- Analyze product and process specifications and procedures
- Identify and recommend major improvements to procedural and business processes
- Develop quality assurance standards and processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Recommend changes or improvements to existing processes, methods, and technologies that improve product quality, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and conduct test plans and test cases, including test scripts, results, execution, shared responsibilities, deadlines and test environment
- Implement test plans and test cases, and supervise inspections and testing of components, sub-assemblies, or for packaged software
- Develop test cases based on requirements and implement test plans to assure software meets project specifications and design
- Perform exploratory testing with a focus on identifying and documenting defects
- Review defects and test logs to identify root causes and suggest solutions for improving testing, documentation, and process improvement
- Perform research and write new test cases
- Document test data and results
- Understand product lifecycle concepts and participate in the test planning process

**Job Skills and Abilities**:

- Previous experience in quality assurance or similar field
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills
- ISO experience

Certificate in quality assurance is a plus

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
- More than two years proven experience as an QA specialist in a fast-paced environment
- Expert knowledge of technical design processes, flowcharting techniques, and code compliance
- Strong attention to detail
