Lead the implementation of SAP ERP modules specific to material planning, such as SAP MM

(Materials Management) and SAP PP (Production Planning).
- Configure and customize SAP MM and SAP PP modules to meet the unique requirements of

material planning in polyurethane production.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP MM, SAP PP, and other relevant modules (e.g.,

SAP QM - Quality Management, SAP SD - Sales and Distribution) to support comprehensive
material planning and inventory control.
- Collaborate with the Material Planning team to understand current processes, challenges, and

requirements for material procurement, inventory management, and production scheduling.
- Analyze existing material planning workflows, identifying areas for improvement and

optimization through SAP.
- Design and implement SAP-supported material planning processes that align with production

goals, cost-efficiency, and inventory control.
- Implement and manage inventory control strategies within SAP to optimize stock levels,

minimize waste, and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

within SAP to monitor material availability and inventory health.

Job Requirements
- Work with procurement and production teams to ensure timely and accurate material supply,

avoiding stockouts or overstock situations.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date material planning data within the SAP system, supporting

effective decision-making and planning.
- Create and maintain reports on material consumption, inventory levels, procurement status,

and production schedules using SAP reporting tools.
- Support the Material Planning team in data analysis to identify trends, issues, and

opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training to the Material Planning team on SAP MM and SAP PP modules and related

processes.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SAP- related material planning activities.
