Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in

collaboration with the SAP Director and stakeholders.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and deadlines

are met, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (IT, finance, business units) to align project outcomes with

business objectives.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to the SAP Director and

other relevant stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop contingency plans and escalate issues to the SAP Director when necessary.
- Ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place to minimize project impact.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, business analysts,

and IT specialists, to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor team performance to ensure alignment with

project goals.

Job Requirements
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality standards and SAP best practices.
- Oversee testing phases and ensure proper documentation and training materials are created.
- Ensure project compliance with relevant regulatory, security, and governance standards.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resources.
- Forecast resource needs and coordinate with the SAP Director to allocate resources

effectively.
- Track financial performance against budget and implement cost-control measures as needed.
