**RSA - Senior Advisor, Product Marketing**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the GTM planning and execution for a growing cloud security solution that incorporates multiple products that are in the IAM (Identity Access Management) market as well as threat detection and prevention market.
- Develops the product and solution positioning and messaging, launches products, and ensures that salespeople and customers understand the business value and capabilities.
- Understand and articulate the customer challenges and problems.
- Develop a solution focused message across these challenges.
- Drive the business value for adoption of RSA services.
- Communicate the business impact for organizations that maintain status quo.
- Understand your market, the competitors and their capabilities and develop customer, partner and sales facing assets to support.
- Understand and build content that speaks to our customers/buyers (RSA personas) along the multiple phases of the “buyers journey”.
- Create presentations, sales playbooks, pitch decks, cheat sheets, objection handling and competitive battlecards to support our sellers and partners.
- Track performance of product lines and implement marketing tactics to support product growth using internal reporting tools and metrics.
- Be comfortable working with regional teams and time zones, as team leadership is based in North America.
- Be the SME for your products for customers, partners, sellers and the rest of marketing (webinar speaker, campaign content, videos, web, marketing assets).
- Focal point for Gartner Peer Insights program (customer success reporting).
- Be capable of building and delivering customer, sales and partner training and enablement to any size audience.
**Skills**:
- 8+ years product marketing experience, ideally working for global cloud or relevant B2B hi-tech company.
- People management; strong leadership skills and confidence to lead, manage & engage team.
- Visionary who can set strategy, build plans, and drive hands-on execution and accountability for results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and internal. Strong English skills is important for a global client base, and customer base.
- Expertise leading cross-functional teams (and agencies) to develop/deploy product positioning, marketing plans, sales enablement tools and marketing mix execution for new and existing products.
- Experience in supporting sales enablement programs for B2B sellers and partners.
- Enthusiasm for technology and the ability to quickly understand and assimilate a wide range of products, technologies and markets.
- Demonstrated experience deeply engaging with customers, markets, products and solutions.
- Experience developing and deploying the full range of marketing mix options to launch new and support existing products/services - sales enablement tools, website.
- Analytical thinker able to synthesize data and analysis from many sources into concise, actionable insights and actionable/profitable marketing plans.
- Confident public speaker to represent the company at various engagements.
- Strong executive presence - can engage with and influence internal and external senior management.
- Periodic business travel to annual company events or trade shows (mínimal).
- Strong skills in MS 365 apps including Teams/Outlook. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience in Cyber security and B2B cloud solutions a plus.
