Our Drilling & Completion Fluids business provides intelligent, connected technologies to support, monitor and control drilling processes. We provide innovative solutions across multiple geographies. Providing customers with the excellent solutions needed to improve their operations reliably and efficiently.

As a North Africa Drilling & Completion Fluids Are Service Delivery Manager, you will manage the service delivery for an assigned area and portfolio of products and services.

As a North Africa Drilling & Completion Fluids Are Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
- Collaborating with sales teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast.
- Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume.
- Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio.
- Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
- Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have 10 years of experience in Drilling and Completions Fluids.
- Have previous experience in Drilling Fluids & Completion field.
- Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment
- Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems.
- Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams.
