North Africa Scheduling & Competency Specialist - Completions and Wellbore Interventions

As the North Africa Scheduling & Competency Specialist - Completions and Wellbore Interventions

, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities by optimizing the utilization of its resources.

As a Scheduling & Competency Specialist - Multilateral, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business to ensure successful completion.
- Enable flawless execution by assuring competent field personnel resource availability to meet activity forecast and demand (short, mid and long term).
- Balance resource demand across their area.
- Monitor and optimize personnel utilization whilst minimizing overtime.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field in Completions and Wellbore Intervention
- Have previous experience as a people leader
- General computer and Microsoft office experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams.
- Have good leadership capabilities and ability to manage and coordinate field activities.
