Duties and responsibilities
- identify potential customers.
- developing courses outlines if needed.
- Recruit trainers
- Make other trainers' schedules
- Oversee employee attendance and performance
- Track employee success and progress
- Manage the production of program marketing material in collaboration with marketing team
- Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
- Have a program announcement marketing strategy

Training Coordinator requirements and qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role
- 2-5 years of experience with designing training programs.
- Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
- Excellent decision making and organisationals skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and database software
- BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field

**Salary**: From E£4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- training coordination: 2 years (preferred)
- training -marketing: 1 year (preferred)
