**About the Role***

As a customer support specialist, you will work efficiently and reliably through our most critical incidents to drive top experience delivered to our customers by providing accurate resolution. As part of your job, you will handle different requests, presenting and engaging with different internal collaborators to facilitate case resolution in compliance with different policies.
- Responds to Eaters, Couriers and Restaurants, third parties, and stakeholders related to incidents/accidents that occur in connection with the platform
- Maintain good interpersonal skills and integrity while delivering outstanding customer experience.
- Report & document issues with reporting parties using various platforms
- Master multiple knowledge base and contact management systems
- Adapt to rotational shifts and weekends. (Inc. Public Holidays)
- Proficiency in B2+ English (Spoken/ Written) is required
- Skilled at handling multiple issues at once to efficiently tackle a large number of inquiries.
- Must work well in a team environment, contributing to a synergistic work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users.
- Results orientation and the ability to work with mínimal supervision
