Sales Development Representative

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team at Logo & Co. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and driving business growth. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Additionally, you will handle incoming inquiries and support the sales process to ensure a seamless experience for potential customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Outreach**:
- Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Qualify prospects to ensure they align with our services and target market.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and prospect information.
**Inbound Chat & Inquiry Management**:
- Provide helpful information to potential clients and direct them to the appropriate resources.
- Ensure quick response times and excellent customer service to create a positive first impression.
**Sales Support & Follow-ups**:
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Assist in coordinating sales meetings and preparing relevant materials.
- Gather insights from prospects to help refine sales strategies and improve messaging.
**Reporting & Performance Tracking**:
- Track outreach performance, appointment-setting metrics, and response rates.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation efforts and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in Arabic & English is a plus.
- Ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
