Senior Business Developer

**Telesales Agent (English Account)**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Flexibility to work with US Timing: from 1 pm to pm for females / from 3 pm to 12 pm for males
- **C1 in English is a mandatory**:
- Proven track record of success in senior sales or business development roles within the construction industry.
- **Cold calling **as necessary within the market and geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- **Visiting potential clients and meeting** them by developing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- **Identifying potential clients and decision-makers** within the client organization. Researching and building relationships with new clients.
- **Holding meetings between decision-makers** in clients and CAVEDIGITAL practices leaders/managers. Planning approaches and pitches.
- **Working with the team to develop proposals** that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- **Participating in pricing the solution/service**. **Handling objections** by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Using a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- **Presenting an image that mirrors that of the client**.
**Job Requirements: Proficiency in English is a must. Sales and telesales skills preferred.**
**Salary**:
**Junior: From 8000k to 15k Base+KPIs and target + commission in USD ( from 50k to 100k)**
**Senior: Starts from 11000K Net + KPIs and target + commission in USD ( from 50k to 100k)**
**Location**: [Dokki, Giza]
Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£35,000.00 per month
