We're hiring an Area Sales Supervisor to lead the Sales organization in the West Delta area and achieve the Seeds and CP sales objectives as derived by business strategies and marketing plans.

**Your Challenge**:
- Demonstrate sales excellence and inspire excellence in others. Focus on delivering the annual sales plan while ensuring steady price evolution & contribution. Produce appropriate sales forecasts and capitalize or compensate for market changes.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical team to ensure alignment with Monthly and annual planning cycle. Engage internally to get necessary support to define clear strategies and action plan to deliver the growth.
- Routinely work with distributors & their personnel and partners to ensure the Key Accounts plan delivery. Proactively identify and engage the relevant stakeholders to map out growth opportunities. Maintain and grow relationship with distributors aligned with regional strategy.
- Critically analyze, evaluate, review, and implement country specific distribution strategies and where possible align with regional strategy. Establish and execute key account plans aligned with regional strategy.
- Monitor trends in the market, anti-generic strategy and monitoring of generics, trademarks infringement monitoring, and counterfeit.
- Run market intelligence for competitor activities including personnel, pricing, products, strategies, etc.
- Work closely with CSRs and Accounts Receivables to ensure collections done in time and mitigate against any risk. Regularly monitor any development trends with distributors and action to ensure mitigation against risk and exposure. Support on pre-collection and collection while ensuring Credit and finance team regularly updated on the various accounts and outstandings.
- Participation in Area Management meetings and collaboration with other functions of the company such as supply chain & logistics, communication and HR.
- Focus on personal and team development utilizing available tools ensuring people's success.
- Regular updates and monitoring of sales of the assigned territory and analysis to ensure smooth operation of the assigned territory. Identify concerns and share possible solutions to ensure smooth flow of business

**Qualifications**:** To Grow What Matters, You Will Need**
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 yeasr of experience demonstrating success in sales.
- Experience in the relevant industry or sector (such as seeds and crop protection).
- Strong analytical abilities are essential for evaluating sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills are crucial.
- The ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and potential customers.
- Understanding and adherence to ethical standards and compliance requirements.
- Awareness of safety protocols and general safety practices.
- The role requires people management skills to ensure team success and development.
