By closer collaboration with customers and partners, KONE will increase the speed of bringing new services and solutions to the market and help our new construction customers to differentiate in their business.We are looking for Sales Manager to be based in our branch in Alexandria, Egypt who will lead the sales activities across Alexandria and neighboring cities reporting directly to the Managing Director for Egypt and North Africa. The role will be responsible for the development and execution of sales business plan to secure the profitable growth and development of KONE’s position in the market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Accountable for KONE customer base quality (profitability, risk, growth, reference value, loyalty etc.) based on market analysis
- Develop sales competences and resources
- Build relationships with strategic customers, influencers, and key decision makers
- Drive proactive engagement and solution selling with different customer segments showing value over the lifecycle
- Identify risks and opportunities in the customer base, competitors and market situation
- Proactively manage the sales process and performance
- Ensure results within orders, contracts, profitability and market price development
- Responsible for sales forecasting and reporting for the branch
**Are you the one?**:
- 10+ years of sales experience within the same or relevant B2B industries
- Proven technical and commercial knowledge in leading sales teams
- Demonstrated experience in implementing sales strategies and growth initiatives
- Ability to work effectively and collaborate at all levels and influence key decision-makers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic & English language
- Comfortable with numbers: can lead performance by facts and numbers, rely on sales tools and analytics and understand the financial benefit we bring to the customer through smart pricing approach
